Chandler Tanner

Chandler focuses his practice on legal research and writing, including at the appellate level. Chandler graduated summa cum laude with University Honors from Brigham Young University in business management. After college, he attended Harvard Law School, where he worked on the Harvard International Law Journal and the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law. He also competed in the Harvard Williston Contract Competition.After graduating from law school, Chandler worked in Manhattan for one of New York City’s oldest law firms, Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. Chandler worked in the firm’s International Investment Group, where he assisted private equity clients in structuring investment vehicles and preparing offering documents including private placement memoranda, operating agreements, and subscription documents.

Chandler enjoys reading, writing, business ventures and spending time with his wife and two boys. Chandler speaks English and Spanish. He is licensed to practice law in Utah and New York.
